Is the Sapphire RX 5700 XT a good/bad graphics card? A really good graphics card. I would say almost a high end one. It will be able to run games at 1080p High settings for lots of years to come.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super. the NVIDIA equivalent to the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT would be the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super or the GeForce RTX 2060 Super.

Update: We have been told that Radeon RX 5700 XT is not discontinued. The card will be manufacturer till at least Q1 2021. The RX 5700, on the other hand, is on special order. According to Cowcotland, AMD is no longer manufacturing graphics processors for Radeon RX 5700 series.

Yes, 5700XT is fine for 4K gaming. Not 4K Ultra, no GPU is, not even the 2080ti. But for 4K at reasonable settings that far exceed consoles *and* are true native 4K yes, its a fine card and will work great. Figure mostly high settings, except on the newest games in which case plane to run a mix of mediums and highs.
